Visit of Mr. Phuc Le Huu – Chairman of Quang Tri People’s Committee to Ho Chi Minh City Development Learning Center (HDLC)
The members of delegation coming from Quang Tri province together with Mr. Le Huu Phuc – Chairman of Quang Tri People’s Committee were Mr. Khang Thai Vinh – director of Industry and Trade Department and Mr. Lam Thai Xuan- director of Planning and Investment Department. After listening to the report of HDLC about its activities, Mr. Phuc on behalf of Quang Tri province desired to have the same DLC in Quang Tri province as an active tool to connect with the world for development purpose. He said that Quang Tri province will invest all for QDLC (house, equipments, staff, running budget) for its interest and need the support from the World Bank to connect with GDLN. HDLC promised to train the staff of future QDLC when this center will be established.
At this occasion, Mr. Phuc gave a nice picture of Lao Bao gateway – symbol of Quang Tri province at the time of integration to HDLC
